Monthly Menu

Our chefs work hard to build a menu that students will enjoy. We serve our food buffet style, to maximize student choice. The menus rotate monthly, but always include some student favorites and some special offerings. We aim to provide quality food made with love. We try to eat with the seasons, sourcing as much as we can from local farms. We also try to incorporate cuisines of the world, to ensure diverse students can see their family culture reflected in the foods we serve.

Local sourcing

While seasonal availability ebbs and flows through the year, we strive to source ingredients from local farmers as much as we can. Some of our local supply partners are:

We prioritize direct win-win partnerships with local producers and are always looking for new local suppliers.
